Vinco is pleased to announced it is to continue its partnership with Europe Athlétisme Promotion (EAP) and live stream its athletics events for 2015.

The renewal of the deal means Vinco will continue to be EAP’s main media partner in Europe and the UK and will once again be the broadcaster of the organisation’s track and field meetings for the year. Last year’s meetings saw several top class British athletes, including Andrew Steele and Daniel Awde, compete throughout Europe including the annual LEAP competition at Loughborough. 2015’s schedule has events in Dour Sports in Belgium, and Valence in France added for the first time.

Matthew Quine, managing director of Vinco, said: “I’m delighted we can continue to help EAP promote their track and field meetings next year. Its events were among the most popular we broadcast in 2014 and our users looked forward to watching the athletics on offer.

“Next year we’ll be broadcasting in even better quality as we’ve invested in some top of the range equipment and believe the experience of watching our coverage will be just as good as the mainstream media provides. And, hopefully, we can continue to raise the profile of EAP even more and show our users there’s more than just the Diamond League to watch when it comes to live athletics. ”

Vinco covered over 50 athletics meetings and events in 2014 as well as interviewing the sport’s major stars, and provided regular reports and articles on the sport through its website social media accounts.

“We chose Vinco after the EAP presentation, which took place in Newcastle, in November 2014. The expertise and know-how they will bring to our events were the decisive the key-factors” added Daniel Pereira, president of Juventude Vidigalense who organise the EAP meeting that takes place in Leiria, Portugal.

“The work quality and low profile of the crew, as well as the feedback post-event last year were excellent and we’re looking forward to Vinco improving on the high-standards they set last year.”
